That's it... today it was my last day at school. It was very emotive... the children wrote me a good bye letter (I will read them tonight in the bus) and at the end, while I was going to the van, they were saying "no te vayas, no te vayas..." (don't go) around me. Some children when they said good bye to me started crying... and they didn't stop asking me "Por que te vás?" (why do you leave?). I had no answer to that question. One mother came to me and told me "Mi hijo le va a extrañar mucho" (My son will miss you a lot).
After all, I feel that this was the most rewarding thing I've ever done in all my life.
Now Part II of my trip begins. Since now I will not be able to write so oftenly here, but I will try to do it and to put here some pictures from the wonderful places I will visit.
I will go tonight at 20:00 to Cuzco by bus. On monday I will start the Inca Trail and I will arrive to Machu Pichu on tuesday. That's my plan for the next few days.
